We do not claim ownership of our clients' business data. Confidential client information is treated responsibly.

Source Code & Workflow Ownership

Subject to the applicable project agreement:

Client project source code/workflows may be provided to the client.

The client receives the agreed ownership/use rights for their project.

Orix Automation may retain limited technical backups for operational, security, maintenance, or recovery purposes during the applicable retention period.

Client data is not publicly disclosed merely because Orix Automation developed the project.

Hosting & Maintenance

Clients may optionally use Orix Automation hosting and/or maintenance services. If Orix Automation hosts a client's workflow:

  • ✦ Hosting is used to operate the agreed automation system.
  • ✦ Access to hosted data may be necessary for maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, security, and technical support.
  • ✦ Access should be limited to what is reasonably necessary.

Hosting and maintenance terms may vary depending on the project/service agreement.

AI & Third-Party Services

Orix Automation may integrate third-party services such as AI model providers, automation platforms, hosting providers, cloud infrastructure, databases, communication platforms, analytics services, payment processors, and external APIs.

Examples may include AI providers, n8n, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Langflow, cloud platforms, and other third-party tools depending on the project. Not every client uses all of these services.

Third-party providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Sharing Your Information

Orix Automation does not sell or rent personal information.

Information may only be shared when reasonably necessary for service delivery, hosting, technical infrastructure, payment processing, third-party integrations, security, legal compliance, or protecting rights and safety. We avoid unnecessary data sharing.

Client/project-related information may generally be retained for up to 30 days after project completion when necessary for operational backup, recovery, troubleshooting, or administrative purposes.

After the applicable retention period, information may be deleted or anonymized unless:

  • The client requests otherwise
  • A maintenance/hosting agreement requires continued retention
  • Retention is necessary for legal, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes

Portfolio & Case Studies

Orix Automation may showcase selected projects, websites, workflows, screenshots, results, or technical implementations as portfolio or case-study material only with appropriate client permission.

If the client does not provide permission, confidential project information should not be publicly disclosed. If a client requests that their project not be shown publicly, Orix Automation will respect that request subject to any previously agreed contractual terms.
